MEASURING YOURSELF FOR A HAT

1. Using a tape measure, measure the circumference of your head. Place the measuring tape mid way across your forehead and approximately 1/8″ above your ear. Make sure to completely circle your head. Or, if you are a regular hat wearer, it’s a good idea to measure the circumference from where you usually like a hat to sit.

2. Make sure not to hold the measuring tape too tight. Remember, your head may swell slightly throughout the day if you’re out and about. So to avoid a red band appearing on your forehead when you take off your hat it’s a good idea to leave enough room for your little finger to fit under the measuring tape too. It’s always better to have a hat slightly too big than slightly too small.

3. Take a note of your measurements in inches or centimetres or use the chart below to help determine your size or a standard size closest to it.
